At [Zunoparis], we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your footwear for a different size, we offer a hassle-free replacement process.
*Exchange Process:*
1. *Request an Exchange:* Contact our customer support within [2] days of delivery to initiate a size exchange.
2. *Return the Original Pair:* Ship the unworn, undamaged footwear back to us.
3. *Receive Your New Size:* Once we receive and inspect the returned pair, we will dispatch the new size.
*Shipping Charges for Exchanges:*
- *Within Lahore:* Rs. 200 (to cover return shipping)
- *Outside Lahore:* Rs. 300 (to cover return shipping)
Note: return shipping for exchanges is subject to the above charges.
*Important Conditions:*
- The footwear must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are only valid for size adjustments, not for style or color changes.
- The exchange must be requested within [2] days of delivery.
Our Return & Refund Policy:**
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, we’ll gladly refund *90% of the order amount*. This is because we’ve already covered packaging, and other handling costs for you.
However, if the item arrives *damaged or there’s any mistake from our side, you’ll receive a **full 100% refund*—no questions asked!
